One must go with their first child remember where we were completely happy, a memory that made us feel full.
The other has to be the opposite, something that left us fatal.
The representation of these two autobiographical memories is a way to "therapeutic" to release and express meaning.
Steps for the activity:
1 - Quietly alone close your eyes and breathe deeply, aware of our pace respiratorio.Una quiet music and atmosphere of silence can help. 2-Let
gradually paying attention to sounds, to the position of our body temperature does, the smell of space we occupy and the sense of taste in our mouths.
3-cross our body image from head to toe, displayed the heat and warm colors that rise slowly through our body.
4 - We become an observer of our minds and let the thoughts pass before us as if we saw at the cinema and we might be the spectators, without judging, without control, calmly without stress.
5 - think of the activity in the memory full of happiness and on the contrary. Failure run this process at first, it is interesting to repeat as these memories will eventually appear.
6 - Divide a piece of paper horizontally into two equal parts, one for each memory.
7 - The techniques to construct the images are free, (collage, decollage, pencils, crayons, watercolors, etc.) with non-toxic and can be used in children's classroom.
